This morning, due to unforeseen technical difficulties, the entire 48 minute recording of this episode of

'Sketchpad' IGTV LIVE interview with @caesarstoneca President, Ken Williams, was unfortunately lost.

As Ken wisely said during our conversation, “Sometimes things happen, and it’s how you pick up the pieces and yourself, moving forward that defines success.” After speaking with him, I can confidently say that Ken is an exceptional leader, one who values meaningful relationships, encourages curiosity and drive, and surrounds himself with a team that embraces innovation and isn’t afraid to take risks.

I would like to sincerely apologize to Ken and his team for this unexpected situation. While the loss of the footage is disappointing, it also opens the door for us to reconnect soon and continue the fantastic conversation we started. I look forward to building on this relationship throughout both of our careers.
